Tamar Bakman

Master Student

Tamar Bakman is a master student at the Energy Planning Program at COPPE/UFRJ. She holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from UFRJ. She is currently developing her master’s dissertation on the impacts of brazilian dietary shifts on climate action, ecosystem services and food security, through a life cycle assessment. Her main research interests are: food systems impacts, dietary shifts, food loss and waste, climate change mitigation analysis and life cycle assessment.
