Aline Carvalho
Doctoral Student
Aline Carvalho is a doctoral student at the Energy Planning Program at COPPE/UFRJ. She holds a degree and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Chemical School of UFRJ. On her master's thesis she developed an equipment design for petroleum primary solid-gas separation. Her main research interest is the impact of energy transition and climate change on the oil and gas industry. Her work focuses on paths and technologies for refineries to (co)produce renewable fuels. Aline also acted as Project Manager on Detailing Design of Refining Units.
